Are there mirrors for the as-repository.openvpn.net?

For Ubuntu/Debian. On my PC I can use other public VPNs to access it, but not on my servers.

All what I can find with google leads to openvpn.net.

(Seems, that my ISP bans *.openvpn.net addresses.)
